The 40th annual International Children's Festival took place on Sept 18 & 19, 2010.

The Festival was produced by the Arts Council of Fairfax County in cooperation with the National Park Service and the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.

The Cardinal Cloggers have been entertaining audiences in the DC area for over seven years. Clogging is a fast paced style of dance from the Appalachian Mountains, distiguished by rhythmic toe and heel tapping. The Cardinal Cloggers perform at special events all over the greater Washington DC area.
